Introduction
This ICM is made up of a special grind disc and a classifier. According to the characteristic of the materials proffer the best solution to meet the need of fineness and efficiently grind. The adjustment of the fineness is with a non-screen air-classifier, and a water cooling jacket on grinding chamber or cool air feeding to keep the machine and materials from overheat and retain the products quality and machine's lifetime. Particle size can be modified by the classifier speed and input air volume to control the required particle size.ICM Series
This ICM (Screen-less) pulverizer operates on the principle of impact grinding force generated by its high-speed rotor, producing strong percussion with a fixed liner to achieve ultra-fine particle size. With a speed variable classifier, the user freely controls the particle size, and the coarse powder is continuously ground until it meets the required parameters. In addition to its working principle, the ICM pulverizer is also available with a Cyclone Separator (Rotary Valve) and a Dust Collector. Finally, to maintain the material's neatness, ventilation, and constant production, the mill chamber is surrounded by a cooling water jacket that regulates the inner temperature to a specific degree, thereby preserving the material's original fragrance and color.
